Purchased by Andrew Bers & Team in 2012, the property was a mold-filled mess - to say the least. The property not only needed major cosmetic work, but it had also fell victim to flood waters. As a result, a major renovation ensued, with about $75,000 in repairs & upgrades.
The end result was a pristine home, sold for $510,000 in 2015 - a far cry from the price at which it was acquired of $275,000.
